Custom and comissioned artworks can not be returned or refunded. Please choose carefully and thoroughly and read the information pack provided prior to purchasing. All other products are only eligible for refund should they be damaged in transit or a mistake is made on part of the seller. Documentation, including photo documentation of the packaging and or admission from the courier will be required in instances where your item is damaged in transit.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order. Custom orders require 1-2 months painting time. Standard and Express shipping options are available worldwide, shipping is calculated at checkout.  Sticker only orders sent via standard letter post may have longer shipping times.
